Chek Jawa on TV tonight

Tonight on Channel News Asia is a programme called "Living Treasures: Cover and Concealment" that shows the beauty of Chek Jawa that would certainly make us appreciate nature that truly is our heritage equal to those that we have seen in countless documentaries of wildlife in other parts of the world. Surely a programme not to be missed by nature lovers. So turn on your TV at 8.30pm. After this programme, think about the possibility that this place may disappear from the face of this earth if we leave the responsiblity to take care of the environment to other people. We always think that there will be someone to do the job even if it is as simple as recycling drink cans discarded at the end of Chinese New Year parties.
Visit http://www.wildsingapore.com to find out more about other beautiful places in Singapore where nature thrives.

Chek Jawa is a delicate enviroment. It is best to have a guide with you and I am glad that visitors are controlled by numbers. We had a very knowledgeable guide, Mr Wong, who showed that above all else, we should respect the environment that we tread on.
