I met Marvin who asked why my blog is not up-to-date. Have I lost interest? No I haven't. It's just that there are other blogs to update and no one seems interested in this one. Recycling even amongst my friends is not a habit, not practised and life goes on without thought about the hole in the sky or the pollution of land, sea and air because we just don't get it, yet. By the time we do, it may be way too late. The chemicals we release into the environment through our hairsprays, detergents etc; the tons of plastic bags from our shopping trips and the surplus food that we throw away too easiy; the plastic cups, bottles and containers that we find it more convenient to throw than to recycle - we have no time to think about the consequences and maybe we do not know what they are. Sad!
