that we will automatically separate our trash in the interest of the preservation of the earth? By my judgement, a long shot away but it always starts with individual efforts. At home, at work and making it a point to educate others especially children and teenagers whenever there is a teachable moment. We have a long way before we reach the standards achieved by the Japanese but if we start to value and believe that we, and we alone, are responsible for the well-being of the earth, we have moved forward in the way we live our lives.
